The Subscribe Process
Once you fill out one of the above forms, we will begin processing the information and setup your account as soon as possible. This typically occurs the same day we receive your information and initial payment, although this may occur the next morning if you submit the information very late in the day.

You can pay by either a major credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or by check or money order. If you wish to pay by credit card, please submit your credit card information to our secure, online Web form at https://www.imagineis.com/ccinfo.jsp and we will automatically charge your credit card each month. You will receive a confirmation message each time your card is charged which will serve as notice that we've received payment and also your receipt should you need it for tax purposes.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay by check or money order. In this case, we will send you a traditional invoice (by email or postal mail, your choice). We ask all customers who receive traditional invoices to pre-pay either 6 months in advance for our Blue Lite service or 3 months in advance for either our Blue Ice or Deep Blue services. Also, you can also pay your first invoice by credit card so that we may immediately setup your account, but pay subsequent invoices by check or money order. In this case we will not charge your card monthly, but rather only for the first invoice.

Customers who pay by credit card may also request traditional invoicing. In these cases, however, we will also ask you to pre-pay 6 or 3 months much like customers paying by check or money order.
